Session fees:

*All sessions are 1 hour unless stated otherwise.  

• Studio (1 hour) – $160
• On Location (1 hour) – $185
• Newborn (up to 3 hours in studio) – $220
• First birthday cake smash (1 hour) – $200
  (In studio – includes balloons, smash cake and a complimentary 11 x 14 cake smash collage)

Please note:  The session fees above are the initial investment and do not include print products or digital files. All after session purchases are made through your online gallery after the session. For pricing information, visit amberdejean.com/prints.

**Session fees are due within 10 days of booking your session in order to reserve your date.  Payments can be made via cash, check, Venmo or credit card.   Session fees, digital files and print products are subject to applicable Louisiana sales tax .  Tax will be calculated on your invoice.

The session fee includes:

• One hour photo shoot (unless otherwise noted) in studio or at a location of the clients choice.*   Outdoor sessions are not available during the months of July, August and January.
• A consultation with the client to answer any questions, go over details of the session including outfit and prop choices, setting information (indoor/outdoor), desired style, etc.
• The photographers time and talent to photograph and edit the images.
• An online gallery of your photographs where you will place your print/digital order.

Bonus:

• Clients that book a standard session will receive a complimentary $20 print credit to be used toward a print collection or A La Carte print purchase (First birthday cake smash and baby plans do not include $20 print credit).

*Sessions should be within a 30 mile radius of Madisonville, LA.   Locations outside of the 30 mile radius will be charged an additional $5 per 10 miles.

** Prints, digital files, albums and gifts are purchased separately and are not included in the session fee.  If the client is interested in ordering print products Amber will be happy to arrange a meeting to assist in choosing print packages, albums, or gift products.
