Booking Policy

In order to secure the session on our calendar, the session fee or Grow with Me retainer is required to be paid in full upon booking. Session fees and retainers are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled date or a different type of session.

Cancellation Policy

If the client chooses to cancel their session with Amber DeJean Photography, the session fee or retainer is non-refundable. Cancelled sessions that are able to be rescheduled may use the original session fee. If the client decides not to reschedule their session for any reason, the session fee is then forfeited.

Rescheduling Policy

If a client needs to reschedule their session, Amber DeJean Photography will work with them to reschedule as soon as possible. Due to schedule limitations, immediate rescheduling, weekends or certain times of the day can not be guaranteed. We book out several months in advance and must honor our bookings on a first come, first serve basis. If we are unable to re-book the session due to scheduling conflicts, the session fee or retainer is non-refundable.
