I am so excited to share Lisa and Chris’ engagement session.  Not only are they wedding clients, they are also family and I am so happy to be a part of their big event.  Lisa is my sister-n-law’s sister so I have known her for several years now.  Her and Chris have been together since I met them and their love for each other has been evident since day one.  I was so excited when I found out that he had finally (hehe) popped the question!  I recently found out that before they chose me to photograph their wedding, they looked a A LOT of other photographers.  This makes me SO happy!  I never ever want any of my family or friends to think that they have to hire me because of our connections.  I want them to choose me because they love my photography and because we are a good fit.

Lisa and Chris’s engagement session was shot at Fontainebleau State Park in Mandeville.  This is a popular spot for engagements because of the variety of scenery.  The beautiful oak trees, lush greenery and of course, the beach!  We spent 2 hours or so together and had a great time.  They were both a little camera shy at first, but warmed up after a few minutes and goofy out-takes. 🙂  They are both beautiful people inside, and out and I can’t wait to photograph their wedding day.  It is going to be big fun! 🙂
