Meet Eliza.  She was so sweet and tiny when she came to see me earlier this month for her newborn session.  She was super good the entire time except…she didn’t sleep much haha.  No crying…but no sleeping either!  She was so curious and alert the whole time.  I worked a little magic and got her to take a few cat naps through the 4 hour process so that we could get some sleeping shots.  Her mom and I are just in love with the shot of her on the pink rug…soooooo adorable!  I really love the ones in the white basket too.  That was a new purchase so I was excited to get to use it. 😉

Her big brothers were amazing and I was so proud of how they listened and were super careful with their baby sister.  I love the shots that we got of them with her too!  Congratulations to the family on their new, beautiful addition!

My studio is mainly windows because I love shooting in natural light.  Occassionally, I have to pull out other lights if it is raining, gets dark early, etc.  We ran out of daylight at the end of Eliza’s session so I used a video light to light the shot below.  Different from my normal, but pretty and soft. 🙂
